Important

All sales are final after the 7-day free trial period. During your trial, you can cancel anytime and you will not be charged.

Subscription Terms

Pricing

  • Monthly Plan: $23/month
  • Annual Plan: $150/year (save $126)

Free Trial

  • 7-day free trial for new subscribers
  • Full access to all features during trial
  • Cancel anytime during trial = no charge
  • If you don't cancel, you'll be charged at the end of the trial

Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • Monthly: Renews every month on your billing date
  • Annual: Renews every year on your billing date
  • You'll be charged 24 hours before renewal
  • Cancel anytime to stop future charges

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time using any of the methods below.

In-App

  1. Open My Astro Finance
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap "Subscription Status"
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Open iPhone Settings
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "My Astro Finance"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap Menu then Subscriptions
  3. Select "My Astro Finance"
  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

After Cancellation

  • You keep access until the end of your billing period
  • No refund for the current period
  • No further charges

How to Request a Refund

iOS (Apple App Store)

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find "My Astro Finance" in your purchase history
  4. Click "Report a Problem"
  5. Select your reason and submit

Apple decides all refund requests within 24-48 hours.

Android (Google Play Store)

Within 48 Hours of Purchase:
  1. Go to play.google.com
  2. Click your profile picture
  3. Go to "Payments & subscriptions" then "Budget & order history"
  4. Find "My Astro Finance"
  5. Click "Report a problem" and request refund
After 48 Hours:

Contact us at fortune@myastrofinance.com with your order number and reason. We'll review and respond within 24 hours.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical problems with the app:

  1. Contact us first: fortune@myastrofinance.com
  2. We'll troubleshoot: Our team will work with you to resolve the issue
  3. We'll make it right: If we can't fix it, we'll work with you on a solution

Common issues we can help with:

  • App crashes or freezes
  • Readings not loading
  • Notifications not working
  • Subscription not activating
  • Birth chart calculation errors

Special Circumstances

Unauthorized Charges

If you see a charge you didn't authorize:

Accidental Purchases

If a child or family member made a purchase without permission, request a refund through Apple or Google (see above). Enable purchase authentication on your device to prevent future issues.

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged twice, contact fortune@myastrofinance.com with proof. We'll investigate and work with Apple/Google to resolve.

Regional Rights

California Residents

  • You'll receive a renewal reminder email 3+ days before your annual subscription renews
  • You can cancel at any time before renewal to avoid charges

European Union & United Kingdom

  • You have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal for services
  • By starting your trial immediately, you waive this right for digital content
  • You can still cancel your subscription at any time

Israel, France, Germany

  • You can cancel with immediate effect
  • Partial refunds available (prorated for remaining days)
  • Contact fortune@myastrofinance.com to request

What's Not Refundable

  • Completed billing periods (you used the service)
  • Subscriptions canceled after the billing period started
  • Promotional credits or discounts
  • Gift subscriptions that have been redeemed

Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • Apple: 3-5 business days to original payment method
  • Google Play Balance: 1 business day
  • Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app, updating the "Last Updated" date, and sending an email notification for significant changes. Your continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new policy.
